七分鐘運動結合有氧運動與阻力訓練,每個動作盡力進行30秒,間隔10-15秒進行下一個動作共12個動作,內容包刮核心、上肢、下肢及心肺刺激。研究顯示可以增進個人最大攝氧量級降低胰島素抗性。本作品可以提共七分鐘運動或使用到的椅子、牆壁、軟墊、扶手及阻足部固定等器材,讓使用者透過本裝置就可以順利完成七分鐘運動。

Seven minutes workout combined with aerobic exercise and resistance training, each exercise do your best for 30 seconds, interval 10-15 seconds rest followed by the next exercise in total of 12 exercises, which including the core, upper limbs, lower extremities and cardio-pulmonary

stimulation. Studies have shown that it can enhance individual VO2max and reduce insulin resistance. This work can be used to provide the chairs, walls, cushions, handrails and foot fixed and other equipment for 7 minutes workout, allowing users to complete 7 minutes workout successfully by this device.
